1 lb chicken (or your favorite protein), cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon chili flakes (optional, but recommended)
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 bell pepper, sliced
2 tablespoons soy sauce or Worcestershire sauce
