I Wish I Knew This Sooner…
There are some lessons in life that don’t come from books or school. They come from experience—often after trial, error, and a little regret. Looking back, many of us realize there are things we wish we had known earlier, things that could have saved time, stress, or heartache.
One of the most overlooked truths is that your body is constantly communicating with you. Fatigue, headaches, digestive discomfort, and mood changes aren’t random—they’re signals. Ignoring them doesn’t make them disappear; it often makes them louder. Learning to listen sooner can prevent long-term problems later.
